As the award-winning director of the Sibling Support Project, Don has extensive experience and a wealth of knowledge to share with families and has presented on issues facing families of people with special needs all over the world.

This presentation is geared towards adults, and will look at the needs of siblings of people with autism over their lifetime and how to navigate resources to best support their brother or sister with special needs.
Sibling relationships are often the longest lasting for an individual with autism and supports for siblings are critical; Don will focus on this element throughout his presentation.
NEW! Day Camp available for children under 18! An optional add-on for parents of young children. The camp runs the same time as the seminar, and is a great option for parents who want to attend the seminar while having something fun for the kids at the same time. They will enjoy fun activities, a short version of a sibshop for the siblings, and a movie. More details to come! (please click here with any inquiries regarding this portion).
Note that if this option is selected, you will be asked a short set of mandatory questions about your child in order to help us prepare accordingly.
